Welcome to Wepply (“Wepply”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (www.wepplyjobs.com), services, and products (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Please read them carefully before using our Services.
1. Overview of Services
Wepply is a UK-based platform that helps job seekers apply for jobs on their behalf. We offer job application support through various plans based on the user’s needs and job search intensity.
Our core offerings include:
- Basic Plan (£200, 1 month) – 200+ applications, 20% cashback if no interview.
- Standard Plan (£400, 3 months) – 600+ applications, 50% cashback if fewer than 6 interviews.
- Professional Plan (£600, 6 months) – 1200+ applications, 100% cashback if fewer than 6 interviews, or 20% if no job offer (only for hard-to-get roles like visa sponsorship).
2. Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old.
- Be legally allowed to work in the country you’re applying in (unless applying for sponsorship jobs).
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information.
3. User Responsibilities
By signing up and making payment, you agree to:
- Provide all required documents (CV, cover letter, job preferences, etc.) promptly.
- Communicate clearly and respond to feedback or requests from our team.
- Refrain from using our service for fraudulent, unethical, or illegal purposes.
Failure to comply may result in termination of service without a refund.
4. Refund & Cashback Policy
Wepply is committed to results and offers conditional cashback based on your selected plan:
Basic Plan
- 20% cashback if no Assessment/interviews within 1 month.
Standard Plan
- 50% cashback if fewer than 6 Assessment/interviews within 3 months.
Professional Plan
- 100% cashback if fewer than 6 Assessment/interviews within 6 months.
- 20% cashback if no job offer within 6 months.
Conditions for cashback:
- You must have provided all necessary documents at the beginning of the service.
- You must respond to Wepply communications within 48 hours.
- You must attend scheduled interviews.
Cashback would take about 7 working days to process if all conditions are met.
5. Payment Terms
All fees must be paid in full upfront via our approved payment methods. Prices are in GBP and may include applicable taxes.
Note: No refunds will be issued after effective date unless under cashback eligibility.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Wepply website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Wepply or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any part of our content without written permission.
7. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. Our data collection and use are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
8. Limitation of Liability
Wepply is not responsible for:
- The outcome of job applications (except as defined in cashback terms).
- The actions or decisions of employers.
- Delays caused by user inaction, misinformation, or technical issues outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wepply shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our Services.
9. Termination
Wepply reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to our Services if we suspect:
- Abuse of the service.
- False or misleading user information.
- Breach of these Terms.
10. Modifications
Wepply may update these Terms at any time. We’ll notify users of material changes through the website or email. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, UK.
